Please note that due to the natural characteristics of any wood cutting board, food prep with sharp knives will leave cut marks. If you wish to maintain an unmarred surface, use for food presentation only. If you wish to use your board for more utilitarian food prep purposes, a juice groove around the perimeter will help keep your countertops mess-free.
