If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Returns will be processed through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Sale and Personalized items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are visible on the “Sale” page and discounted at least 25-75% without coupon codes.
To start a return:
- Reply to your order confirmation email with the items that you would like to return and the reason for the return.
- Print the prepaid USPS shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Package the items to prevent damage. If you use the original box and packaging, you should be all set.
- Drop off the package at your local USPS using the label provided.
