NEW CUSTOMER APPLICATION PROCESS & GENERAL INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in Walnut Hollow® products. As the nation's leading provider of high quality surfaces, tools, and accessories for the craft, hobby, and hardware industries, our products make us a preferred vendor to customers worldwide. You will find our Sales Department and Customer Service Team very accommodating and easy to work with. Customer Service hours are 8:30 am to 4:00 pm CST Monday through Friday.
 
Before we get started, it is important for us to communicate our requirements for Wholesale Pricing. This enables us to work with new customers in the most efficient way possible.
 

Walnut Hollow's requirements are:

  • The business applicant must have a commercially zoned art/craft/floral/scrapbook/needlework/hardware or other retail store or warehouse facility separate from a residence. This would include a non-brick-and-mortar store, such as an internet retail business selling unfinished craft products to general consumers.  This would also include selling handcrafted goods on an internet marketplace such as Etsy. 
  • The applicant's web site will be reviewed as part of the application process.
  • Your opening order must be a minimum of $100.00 net. Reorders are also $100.00 net.
  • Freight terms are FOB Dodgeville. Please advise our Customer Service Team if you have a preferred carrier.
  • If you can meet the above criteria, please send your name, company name and contact information to [email protected].  Please also include your tax exempt certificate in the email. 

If you are unable to meet our Wholesale Customer criteria as stated above, orders can be placed on-line at walnuthollow.com.
