  • DecoArt® Americana® acrylic paint: Primary Blue
  • Paint Brush, large flat
  • Patterned Scrapbook Paper
  • Decorative Wood Frame
  • Scissors
  • Glue

 

Instructions:

  1. Basecoat Rectangle Plaque with the Primary Blue acrylic paint using a large flat brush. Let dry.

  2. Glue raw frame to painted Plaque.

  3. Trim patterened paper with scissors to fit in frame and glue it to wood.

  4. Glue Letter and Punctuation embellishments to paper.
