Instructions:

Basecoat entire flat surface of Plaque using large flat brush with 2 coats of Bahama Blue paint. Let dry between coats.

Tape off edge of the flat blue surface. Use flat brush to paint the border of the Plaque using White Wash paint. Let dry, then add a second coat.

Press thumb tacs into the edges of the wood in a zig zag.

Lace the bakers twine around the tacs. They should go from right to left then back to right.

Glue on paper flowers.
-
Attach magazine inspirations to bakers twine using the clothes pins.
