NEW CUSTOMER APPLICATION PROCESS & GENERAL INFORMATION
Thank you for your interest in our product offering. Walnut Hollow® is the nation's leading provider of high quality surfaces, tools, and accessories for the craft, hobby, and hardware industries. Our unfinished wood surfaces, woodburning & woodcarving programs, clockmaking program, Creative Metal™ Program, Learn & Create™ Kits, hot tools, and Designed for Her™ Tools make us a preferred vendor to customers worldwide. You will find our Sales Department and Customer Service Team very accommodating and easy to work with. Customer Service hours are 8:30 am to 4:00 pm CST Monday through Friday.
Before we get started, it is important for us to communicate our requirements for Wholesale Pricing. This enables us to work with new customers in the most efficient way possible.
Walnut Hollow®'s requirements are:
The business applicant must have a commercially zoned art/craft/floral/scrapbook/needlework/hardware or other retail store or warehouse facility separate from a residence. This would include a non-brick-and-mortar store, such as an internet retail business selling unfinished craft products to general consumers. The applicant's web site would be reviewed as part of the application process.
Your opening order must be a minimum of $100.00 net. Reorders are also $100.00 net.
Freight terms are FOB Dodgeville. Please advise your Customer Service Associate if you have a preferred carrier.
All orders must be pre-paid with a credit or debit card until such time open payment terms are evaluated and approved. An invoice with the total charges to your credit/debit card will be mailed the day your shipment leaves Walnut Hollow®.
If you can meet the above criteria, please complete our wholesale application form and return it to Walnut Hollow® by saving the form and attaching it to an email sent to wholesale@walnuthollow.com or FAX it to (608) 935-3029.
A Catalog and Wholesale Price List showing our complete line of products will be mailed to you upon approval of your application.
If you are unable to meet our Wholesale Customer criteria as stated above, orders can be placed on-line at walnuthollow.com.
