Every effort will be made to ship your order as soon as possible, typically within 2 - 5 business days.
Orders can be placed during business hours by calling 1-800-395-5995. Send your order by fax (1-608-935-3029), shop online at walnuthollow.com, or send your order by e-mail to custserv@walnuthollow.com. An answering service will answer your call after business hours. We do our best to respond to all messages the following business day. Orders can also be mailed to 1409 State Road 23, Dodgeville, WI  53533.

Shipping Payment
All orders are shipped UPS ground or Spee Dee Delivery unless other arrangements are made.  Customer is responsible for shipping charges. If goods are damaged or lost during shipping, the carrier is responsible. Please check all packages before signing for the shipment. You can contact UPS claims at 1-800-742-5877 or Spee Dee Delivery claims at 1-800-862-5578 / ext 280.
We require all orders to be pre-paid with a credit or debit card. An invoice with the total charges to your credit or debit card will be mailed the day your shipment leaves Walnut Hollow®. We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

General Returns/Refunds
Errors occasionally occur in the entering, processing, and filling of orders.
Any merchandise shipped in error may be returned freight collect for full credit by contacting the Returns Department and requesting an RA#. We try our best to furnish a high-quality product at all times. Should you ever receive a defective item, you may e-mail or call our Returns Department for authorization to return the item(s) freight collect for replacement or credit.  Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. 

Walnut Hollow® will accept merchandise returns for exchange or full refund if returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping carton and with original packing materials. Items should be packed well and returned in the same condition as received. Please include a copy of the invoice and an explanation for the return.

To make the return process easier and more efficient, we offer
Return Authorization (RA) Numbers.

Send an e-mail to custserv@walnuthollow.com for an RA#.

All refunds will be issued by the method in which payment was received.
Customer is responsible for the shipping expense to return the merchandise.
