Our goal is to process and ship your order within 2-5 business days. We ship to most locations in the United States and Canada. A delivery address must be provided when placing your order. We cannot ship to a PO Box. Customers in selected areas may be eligible for alternative, traceable shipping methods at reduced cost. When possible, we will utilize those methods and refund the savings to you.

 

Billed shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order. We do not backorder items. All unshipped items will be cancelled unless prior arrangements have been made for a backorder.

 

Canadian Customers:  Products Made in China and shipped to Canada may be assessed additional charges for Goods & Service Tax and/or Duties. These charges occur at time of delivery and are not paid for when your order is processed for shipment. These taxes and duties are beyond our control.
