If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a refund or exchange.  All requests for refund or exchange must be reported within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.  For your convenience, we enclose a return form with every order.  Pack the items well and return to us with the Return / Exchange Form.  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
