Instructions:

  1. To prepare Shelf for painting, use Creative Hand Sander™ with fine sandpaper to lightly sand entire surface. Remove dust with paper towel or tack cloth. Use flat brush to apply paint to entire surface. Let dry. Apply second coat if necessary. When thoroughly dry, Use Creative Hand Sander™ to sand edges for an aged look. Apply 2-3 coats of spray varnish.
  2. Refer to photo for placement. Use scissors to cut scrapbook paper to fit back and bottom of Shelf. Use paper glue to affix paper to Shelf.
  3. Use Creative Drill™ to pre-drill holes around perimeter of Shelf. Match drill bit to size of tack. Drill holes approximately ½ “deep and 1” apart. Use hammer to pound tacks into pre-drilled holes. Apply a little coordinating paint to some tack heads for added accent.
  4. Attach photo behind one Mini Paper Mache Frame. Adhere to middle back of Shelf. Adhere two remaining Frames on either side of middle Frame. Insert initial or other embellishment inside each Frame.
