NEW CUSTOMER APPLICATION PROCESS & GENERAL INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in Walnut Hollow® Woodcraft Products. Walnut Hollow® is the nation’s leading provider of high quality surfaces and tools for the craft and hobby industry. Our unfinished wood surfaces, paper mache surfaces, hot tools, and Designed for Her™ Tools make us a preferred vendor to customers worldwide. You will find our Sales Department and Customer Satisfaction Team very accommodating and easy to work with. Customer Service hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST – Monday through Friday.

Before we get started, it is important for us to communicate our requirements for Wholesale Pricing. This enables us to work with new customers in the most efficient way possible.

Walnut Hollow®’s requirements are:

1) The business applicant must have a commercially zoned art/craft/floral/scrapbook/needlework or other retail store or warehouse facility separate from a residence. This would include a non-brick-and-mortar store, such as an internet retail business selling unfinished craft products to general consumers. The applicant’s web site would be reviewed as part of the application process.

2) The business applicant should have an inventory of craft related merchandise valued at approximately $5,000 or more at cost.This excludes the value of tools and general business supplies, capital equipment/computer system, etc. to operate your business.

3) Minimum opening orders are $300 – minimum reorders are $150.

4) Freight terms are FOB Dodgeville. Please advise your Customer Satisfaction Rep if you have a preferred carrier.

5) All orders must be pre-paid with a credit or debit card until such time open payment terms are evaluated and approved. An invoice with the total charges to your credit/debit card will be mailed the day your shipment leaves Walnut Hollow®.

A catalog and Wholesale Price List showing our complete line of products will be mailed to you upon approval of your application. In addition, our catalog can be viewed on our web site by clicking here. When viewing this catalog, please keep in mind prices listed are Suggested Retails. If your business qualifies for Wholesale Pricing, cost will be lower.

If you are unable to meet our Wholesale Customer criteria as stated above, orders can be placed by calling our Mail Order Division at 1-800-950-5101. Volume discounts are offered through this division and discounts start on orders as low as $100 (20% discount). A $25.00 minimum order is required when ordering through our Mail Order Division.
