Discounts:
Customers are eligible for volume discounts. See volume discount chart on the order form. SALE items not eligible.

Back Orders:
We do not back order items. All unshipped items will be cancelled, unless prior arrangements have been made for a backorder.

Returns:
For your convenience, we enclose a return form with every order. Pack the items well and return to us with the Return/Exchange form. Ship only insured and prepaid.
