Every effort will be made to ship your order as soon as possible, typically within 2 - 5 business days.
Orders can be placed during business hours by calling 1-800-950-5101. Send your order by fax (1-608-935-3029), or shop online at walnuthollow.com. An answering service will answer your call after business hours. We do our best to respond to all messages the following business day. Orders can also be mailed to 1409 State Road 23, Dodgeville, WI  53533.

*  There is no minimum for prepaid/shopping cart orders.

*  Freight terms are FOB Dodgeville. All claims for damaged or lost merchandise must be made directly with the carrier/transportation company (ie. UPS).

*  All orders must be pre-paid with a credit or debit card until such time open payment terms are evaluated and approved. An invoice with the total charges to your credit/debit card will be mailed the day your shipment leaves Walnut Hollow®.
 
* If you are interested in applying for open account payment terms, please contact Customer Service for a Credit Application Form. Please allow a minimum of 30 days for review and approval.
Minimum orders of $50 are required for open account status.

Major credit cards accepted include American Express, VISA, Master Card, and Discover. 
Returns
Walnut Hollow® will accept merchandise returns for exchange or full refund if returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping carton and with original packing materials. Items should be packed well. Please enclose a copy of the invoice and include an explanation for the return. Customer is responsible for the shipping expense to return merchandise. To make the return process easier and more efficient, Walnut Hollow® offers Return Authorization (RA) numbers. Send an e-mail to custserv@walnuthollow.com for an RA#.
